Job Overview

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services between clients and caregivers for the implementation of schedules, adequate staffing and continuity of care to best meet the needs of the clients.  Responsibilities include:

  • Answer phones & greet public
  • Assign caregivers to all open visits
  • Communicate schedule changes to clients & caregivers
  • Maintain computer schedules & ensure timely data entry for schedules
  • Monitor telephone logs on a daily basis
  • Timely copying & filling of appropriate caregiver
  • Communicate & refer appropriate matters to the Manager
  • Must maintain the strictest of confidentiality of client, caregiver & agency information
  • High School Diploma – college preferred
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in an office setting – healthcare office preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Windows – healthcare related software preferred
  • Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm & maintain sense of humor while presenting a well-groomed professional image
